6. **Handling Objections**: Address any concerns or objections the lead might have, providing clear and accurate information to alleviate their doubts.

7. **Negotiation**: Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with the lead, aiming to find a mutually beneficial agreement.

8. **Closing the Sale**: Secure commitment from the lead to make a purchase, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and details are properly handled.

9. **Follow-Up**: Maintain communication with the customer post-sale to ensure satisfaction, answer any further questions, and address any issues.

10. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and potential referrals.
