**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall functioning of the showroom, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by offering personalised service and building long-term relationships.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, and product display.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies for growth.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred).
- **Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a jewellery showroom (jewellery industry experience is mandatory).**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
