**Job Title**: Jewellery Sales Associate

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Jewellery Sales Associate** to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales of fine and fashion jewellery pieces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including diamonds, gemstones, metals, and trends
- Guide customers through the selection and purchasing process with a consultative approach
- Maintain visual merchandising and store displays to reflect current promotions and seasonal offerings
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handle jewellery with care and ensure security measures are followed
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and clienteling
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment
- Stay updated on new product lines and jewellery industry trends

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury or jewellery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion and jewellery with a keen eye for style and detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or gemology is a plus
