**The Un-data Scientist: Mapmakers of the Human World**

Making sense of the universe has been a continuous human struggle from the beginning of time. The world of science and philosophy have given us the ability to separate the cosmos from the chaos.

As a continuation of this endeavour, mapping human beings - their cognitive orientations, their mindsets, their attitudes, their cultures, etc. - is the next challenge for knowledge map makers of the world.

Relying on heavy data machines to do the dirty work is not fully effective. Finally, when dealing with human beings, the power of human perception is important.

Hence, the need for an un-Data Scientist - to go deeper into the bland data and perceive the hidden patterns, clusters, and morphologies.

In Illumine, we call this practice Knowledge Modeling. It serves us in designing large scale programs, interventions and knowledge solutions in learning, sales, employee engagement, citizen centric services, work place safety, career fulfillment, financial counseling and many more.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
