Location: Thane

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Shift Timing: General Day Shift

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound Hindi calls to potential customers for banking product promotions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Explain banking products and services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries professionally.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Hindi (speaking and understanding).
- Strong persuasive and selling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) pass.
- Prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹14,500 per month (TH).
- Incentives: Based on sales performance.
