Your goal is to provide a professional, positive, and seamless shopping experience for customers while achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities**: - Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing advice and information on beauty products, skincare, and cosmetics based on their needs and preferences. - Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product launches, beauty trends, and techniques. Provide expert knowledge of product ingredients, usage, and benefits. - Sales & Promotion: Achieve sales targets by suggesting appropriate products and promotions. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales potential. - Loyalty Programs: Promote and enroll customers in loyalty programs, explaining benefits and offers to enhance customer retention and drive repeat sales. - Stock & Inventory: Assist in maintaining stock levels and merchandising products on display to attract customers and support promotional events. - Training: Participate in product training sessions and ensure knowledge is passed on to other team members, offering product knowledge training when necessary. - Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers on products and report trends or issues to the management team. - Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image by maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to grooming and appearance standards. **Requirements**: - Minimum 6 Months - 2 years of experience in the beauty industry. - Passion for beauty and skincare with a customer-focused approach. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **Location**: Viviana Mall, On Eastern Express Highway, Service Rd, Thane West, 400606 Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
