
Area Sales Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering and construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop strategies to position the company's products and services effectively in the market.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and standards.
**Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand and services.
- Manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, trade shows, and networking events.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact to address client queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company objectives.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to align sales and marketing strategies with project deliverables.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector is a plus.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹39,486.37 - ₹77,055.85 per month
