The **Café Team Member** is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations in line with company standards.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive café experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing and cash transactions as per company procedure.
- Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints politely and promptly.

**Food & Beverage Preparation**
- Prepare and serve north indian food and snacks, beverage, juices, etc.
- Follow presentation, hygiene, and quality standards consistently.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the manager.

**Hygiene & Maintenance**
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, tables, counters, and service areas.
- Follow FSSAI food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ensure equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
