Experience - 5-10yrs in Lift Industry only

Remuneration: - 1.5 lacs p.m

Location : - Andheri - East, MIDC

Ø To monitor & follow up overall activity of sales & marketing of elevator product.

Ø To make strong position of company in market by market analysis

Ø To arrange the promotional activities

Ø To enhance the business by identifying new sources for business.

Ø Meeting customers, architects and consultants to assess their requirements, Developing and increasing customer database.

Ø Market survey, knowing competitors, Generating and attending new inquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheets.

Ø Negotiation with customers & ability to resolve issues and address to their complaints

Ø To train the sales personnel about the up gradation of products.

Ø To communicate and liaison with the customer on regular basis and maintain good relationship with them

Ø To increase business with existing customers

Ø To develop new customers

Ø Setting the sales target

Ø Finalizing the sales orders

Job Requirements
- B.E. (Mechanical) with Diploma in Marketing Management.
- Total 5‐10 years of working experience in Elevator & Escalator Sales field and minimum 3 years on managerial level.
- Can demonstrate levels of performance across varied situations and exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

**Experience**:
