Job Responsibilities:
*Develop an understanding and awareness of Akhand Jyoti eye hospital.

*Make presentations and explain about Akhand Jyoti's work to members of the public in a clear and interesting way.

*Meet set income targets by signing paid supporters and individual donors for Akhand Jyoti.

*Develop and manage long term relationship with donors and upgrading them up the donor pyramid.

*Spread awareness and onboard Donors for Akhand Jyoti in Mall activities and corporate kiosk events.
- You get to work with a team of committed and fun-loving people.

Qualifications and desired skills:
*Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University
*1-2 years experience in sales, direct selling for any industry (preferably financial products like credit/debit cards, loans, insurance etc). Fresher with good communications skills also welcome.
*Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people
Keen desire to learn on the job

Energy and drive to inspire people and promote Akhand jyoti's work.

*Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback.

*Excellent communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.

*Good numerical skills: Fundraising executives have to work to a budget and reach financial targets, regularly reporting on both.
*IT skills: Sound knowledge of computer skills is a prerequisite.

*Teamwork skills: As a fundraising executive, He/She need to be an effective part of a team with the overriding aim of maximizing donations.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
