Sales and Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the development team to customize software solutions for client needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure campaign success and identify improvement areas.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close sales with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and software development is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
