Job Title : Data Visualization Designer, Data Solutions

Position Summary:
This role is accountable for the data visualization and reporting capabilities of Singtel Data & Analytics within Group IT:
1. Design and create reports and dashboards

2. Develop and maintain reporting framework

3. Conduct user training in using the tool

4. Provide user support, guidance and troubleshooting on reports and dashboards

5. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned and conformed to the visualization and reporting guidelines and roadmap

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

1. Analyze, estimates, design, development, testing, and production roll-out of data visualization and reporting projects

2. Consult the users with the understanding of business and data requirements, and iteratively design visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes

3. Design and create data visualization (reports and dashboards) using techniques for guided analytics, interactive dashboard design and visual best practices

4. Deliver dashboards to convey the story points of the data

5. Design, development and maintenance of a reporting framework including creation of enterprise reporting, ad-hoc query and analysis

6. Review, approve and manage delivery of data visualization and reporting projects

7. Conduct data analysis of large transaction data sets

8. Perform data preparation or / and data modelling

10. Manage repository of re-usable data visualization templates and views

11. Create user guide, conduct user training and demo of solutions / tools

12. Provide user support, guidance and troubleshooting on reports and dashboards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per month
