This role serves as a strategic bridge between data engineering and user experience, transforming complex datasets into intuitive, actionable visual interfaces that drive decision-making and operational clarity. Key Responsibilities:Design and Deliver Visual InterfacesDevelop interactive dashboards and visualizations that simplify complex data and enhance user comprehension across platforms.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with data analysts, visualization developers (Power BI, Tableau), and business stakeholders to create responsive, intuitive UI aligned with business goals.Data StorytellingTranslate technical data outputs into clear, meaningful visual narratives tailored to diverse user personas.User-Centered Design & ValidationConduct user research, usability testing, and KPI validation to refine UX and ensure measurable impact.Scalable Design SystemsPropose modular UI components and layouts that support platform upgrades, automation, and performance optimization.Platform-Specific StandardsDocument and maintain design guidelines for visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), ensuring consistency and scalability.Operational SupportManage service and change requests, support compliance reviews, and maintain UX documentation and visualization standards.Requirements Gathering & Enhancement DeliveryParticipate in business analysis and contribute to enhancements aligned with data engineering and visualization needs.Enhancements and Continuous MaintenanceConsidering platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting as necessary, identifying pipelines for addressing predictability for early failures and performance issues; support creation and revision of data visualization that overcomes these challenges.Audits and ReviewsSupport compliance audit activities by ensuring strict adherence to established design principles, with minimal deviation from approved design specifications throughout implementationRequired Qualifications:Education:Bachelors or Masters Degree in UI/UX with analytical ability, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field.Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and derive actionableTechnical and Professional Requirements:Experience:8+ years of experience UI/UX design, data analytics, visualization with a strong portfolio of enterprise-grade solutions..Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in UI/UX, design process and best practices.Experience working with large sets of data, identifying key KPIs for different persona types.Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar.Familiarity with DevOps practices, Exposure to cloud platforms and data analytics.Analytical & UX Skills:Ability to conduct and moderate user interviews, workshops to derive insights, document and present to stakeholders.Preferred Skills:Domain->User Experience Design->Visual Design->Visual Design Theory
