Key Responsibilities:Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization UX Expert to lead the design and delivery of intuitive user centric data platform agnostic visualization solutionsThis role serves as a strategic bridge between data engineering and user experience transforming complex datasets into intuitive actionable visual interfaces that drive decision making and operational clarityKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and Deliver Visual InterfacesDevelop interactive dashboards and visualizations that simplify complex data and enhance user comprehension across platformsCross Functional CollaborationPartner with data analysts visualization developers Power BI Tableau and business stakeholders to create responsive intuitive UI aligned with business goalsData StorytellingTranslate technical data outputs into clear meaningful visual narratives tailored to diverse user personasUser Centered Design ValidationConduct user research usability testing and KPI validation to refine UX and ensure measurable impactScalable Design SystemsPropose modular UI components and layouts that support platform upgrades automation and performance optimizationPlatform Specific StandardsDocument and maintain design guidelines for visualization platforms egPower BI Tableau ensuring consistency and scalabilityOperational SupportManage service and change requests support compliance reviews and maintain UX documentation and visualization standardsRequirements Gathering Enhancement DeliveryParticipate in business analysis and contribute to enhancements aligned with data engineering and visualization needsEnhancements and Continuous MaintenanceConsidering platform upgrades enhancements and troubleshooting as necessary identifying pipelines for addressing predictability for early failures and performance issues support creation and revision of data visualization that overcomes these challengesAudits and ReviewsSupport compliance audit activities by ensuring strict adherence to established design principles with minimal deviation from approved design specifications throughout implementationRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor s or Master s Degree in UI UX with analytical ability Statistics Operations Research or related fieldAbility to integrate data from multiple sources and derive actionableTechnical Requirements:Experience8 years of experience UI UX design data analytics visualization with a strong portfolio of enterprise grade solutionsTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in UI UX design process and best practicesExperience working with large sets of data identifying key KPIs for different persona typesHands on experience with visualization tools like Tableau Power BI Qlik or similarFamiliarity with DevOps practices Exposure to cloud platforms and data analyticsAnalytical UX SkillsAbility to conduct and moderate user interviews workshops to derive insights document and present to stakeholdersPreferred Skills:Domain->User Experience Design->Visual Design->Visual Design Theory
