**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Specialization** in **DTCP-approved plots** along the Hyderabad to Bangalore Highway.
- Identify and secure high-value properties in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients about investment opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and negotiate terms and prices.
- Ensure smooth transaction processes from initial inquiry to closing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of DTCP-approved plots, especially along the Hyderabad to Bangalore Highway.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
