The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including Identifying and connecting with potential clients.Cold calling.Converting cold call to site visits.Showcasing properties with Site Visits ( Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad).Regular follow-ups with Clients.Managing negotiationsClosing sales.After Sales support.The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance.QualificationsSales and Negotiation skillsClient Relationship Management and excellent Communication skillsHyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skillsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in the real estate industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field0 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
