Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential buyers, and driving conversions across Alt.’s portfolio of luxury and mid-segment properties. This role demands a highly motivated professional who can combine market knowledge, client advisory skills, and strong follow-through to achieve ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Management & Prospecting

  • Make high-volume inbound and outbound calls to new and existing leads daily.
  • Cold call potential clients to generate new business and maintain a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements thoroughly to present tailored project solutions and investment options.


Client Engagement & Conversion

  • Schedule and confirm a target number of site visits weekly, ensuring strong conversion from inquiry to visit to booking.
  • Maintain continuous engagement through structured follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Present project information accurately and persuasively to clients, highlighting Alt.’s unique value propositions.


Channel Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with Channel Partners to expand Alt.’s sales reach.
  • Work with Channel Partners to achieve property sales and investment closure targets.
  • Conduct periodic meetings, training sessions, and updates to keep partners aligned with Alt.’s offerings.


Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all leads, interactions, and deal progress.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients and partners to help refine marketing and sales strategies.


Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Advisory & Transactions, and Project Management to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional events, property expos, and investor meetings as required.



Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Excellent relationship management and follow-up discipline.
  4. Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management systems.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or mid-segment housing.
  3. Prior experience working with Channel Partners or investment advisory firms will be an advantage.
