- Customer Master Data Process_

- Responsibilities_
- _Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer master data records._
- _Review new account requests thoroughly as requested and in line with the agreed laid out process_
- _Validation for no duplication of accounts or any fraudulent activity_
- _Validation of Purchase order confirmation and date validity_
- _Validate payment terms of the customer/account_
- _Completion of customer account set up in AX_
- _Regularly update customer information based on business requirements._
- _Perform data cleansing and validation tasks._
- _Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather required information for new customer onboarding or to update customer data._
- _Analyse customer data to find trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement._
- _Generate reports and dashboards for client visibility._
- _Enforce controls to prevent unauthorized changes to customer master data._
- _Adhere to data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards._
- _Experience in running the D&B, credit scoring website to evaluate credit limits at the time of the new customer onboarding process._
- _Facilitate data sharing across departments while keeping security protocols._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent_
- _Relevant Prior work experience_
- _You are required to work in US time zone_
- _ERP experience of Microsoft AX, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Service Now_
- _Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally_
- _Ability to work both individually and in a team environment_
- _Ability to think creatively and find solutions to issues_
- _Basic to intermediate Excel and have used MS Office_
- _Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy_
- _Ability to self-manage, take the initiative and escalate to the supervisors as needed_
- _Effective follow up skills to maintain a healthy relationship_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Working with US based clients is mandatory._
- _Familiarity with computer products and programs are desirable for this position_
- _Experience in IT distribution/hardware/software industry will be an advantage_
- _ERP experience of Microsoft AX preferred_
- _Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce_
