**Job Title**: Office Administrator
**Location**:* Kasba**Job Summary:*The Office Administrator ensures the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and supporting staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office supplies inventory.
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Schedule and manage meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide support to colleagues and management as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
