Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers. **Qualification**: - B.E/ B Tech / M Tech - Mechanical / Electrical **Experience** - 0-5 years of experience; **Location**: - Mumbai **What to Expect From the Role**: - To be a part of the knowledge team and engage in understanding the product and existing sales pitch in detail and improve the conversion ratio i.e. leads -> customers which will, in other words, improve the business volume - Product Training delivery - batch-wise for New & existing Sales team - Share prospective insights with Managers **Job responsibilities and requirements**: - Need to work with the Technical Support team to understand the technicalities of the product i.e content, software used, number of projects, nature of projects - Create simplified and specialized training materials for the Sales team - Review the training materials - Provide training to the Sales team - Understand the bottlenecks and gaps for the Sales team while pitching the leads and come up with solutions to resolve it - Work with the Quality team to understand the Area of improvement - Prepare daily weekly reports for the Product specialists - Should take a consultative approach **Key Attributes**: - High level of motivation and initiative - Strong Communication & attention to detail - Team Player with a Growth mindset - Passion for tech. Content - Ability to meet deadlines under pressure - Self-motivated and able to work without supervision - Ability to work with own hands and can be groomed to lead a team
