**DESIRED SKILLS**
1.Must have 5years experience in out bound calling/product sales.
2.Preferably from real estate industry or any with outbound selling (calling)experience.
3.Should have worked on sales target / result oriented environment.
4.Should be aggressive and knowing telephone etiquettes.
5.Ability to handle objection and rejections professionally.
6.Proficiency in using crm software and ms office.
7.Should have very good convincing skills.
8.Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES)**
1.To make daily calls to the lead provided as per the target.
2.To achieve the target on daily/weekly basics.
3.Convert leads to customer site visit.
4.To explain our projects in details to the customers.
5.To answer customer queries promptly.
6.Able to co-ordinate with sales team to fix appointments for customers.
7.Good escalating calls to next level in case of support required.
8.Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
9.Should be good in analytical, pricing details ect.,
10.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and track lead status in crm
**IT SKILLS** - MS skills, Sales CRM
**BHEVIOURAL COMPETENCIES**
Excellent communications skills, customer focused having thirst of sales and selling pitch.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
