**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost efficiency.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventories, and vendor communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with material requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and compliance standards.
- Resolve purchase-related issues, such as defective goods, incorrect deliveries, or delays.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities, inventory status, and cost optimization.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain Management**, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and purchase/order management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of **inventory management and procurement processes**.
