**Responsibilities**:

- Attend daily DWM (Daily Work Management) meetings.
- Conduct regular visits to suppliers for dispatch coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups for BOP (Bought Out Parts) items across all units.
- Monitor and ensure the timely processing of debit and credit notes for raw materials and BOP items.
- Track and resolve pending CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) from units.
- Enter bills into the system accurately and on time.
- Update and maintain unit schedules in the ERP system.
- Follow up on pending GST issues with suppliers for all units.
- Obtain quotations for new developments as required.
- Monitor and control drawing wastage on a weekly basis.
- Plan and manage job worker and supplier drawings daily.
- Prepare documents for IATF audits.
- Review documents for customer audits.
- Conduct quarterly purchase profitability estimations.
- Develop monthly supplier audit plans and ensure timely closure of NCs (Non-Conformities).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in a similar role within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of IATF audit processes.
- Good understanding of CAPA, GST compliance, and supplier audits.
