**Position: Purchase Executive**

**Location:Ladhowal** **Ludhiana,Punjab-141008**

**Job Type**:Full-time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best terms of purchase.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of vendors and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and production, to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Assess current purchasing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary.
- Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and inventory management teams to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.
- Stay current with market trends, changes in business regulations, and new technologies to ensure the company's purchasing strategy remains competitive and cost-effective.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
