**Sales & Customer Experience Associate**

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat (In-person)

**Salary**: ₹42,000 - ₹53,000/month (gross)

**Shift**: 5-day workweek. **Overnight Shift** aligned with U.S. hours (start between 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST)

- Support clients throughout their buying journey — from inquiry to post-purchase.
- Manage and update customer records in our **CRM system.**:

- Work closely with the sales team to **drive revenue and enhance customer retention.**:

- Deliver exceptional service that reflects the values of a premium brand.

**What You Bring**:

- ** 1+ year experience** in a customer-facing role (sales, consulting, or customer service).
- ** Fluency in English - both spoken and written** - is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Proficiency with computers and tools like **Google Workspace**; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
