We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive with a focus on LinkedIn to join our marketing team. As a LinkedIn Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, for social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach.
- Engage in community management, fostering a positive and authentic brand image.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's features, tools, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency in content creation, social media scheduling, and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Own laptop for work-related tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From ₹9,000.00 per month
