Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The intern will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, creating engaging content, and supporting communication strategies to strengthen our brand visibility across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across , Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
  • Design basic creatives, graphics, short videos, and reels using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to bring fresh ideas.
  • Support in executing campaigns, brand stories, and awareness drives for healthcare initiatives.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs, photos, and updates from events/programs.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence.


Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and healthcare innovation.
  • Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/Video editing apps (preferred).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Odia/Hindi is a plus).
  • Creative thinker with a sense of storytelling and visual appeal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
