
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Handle inbound inquiries, respond promptly, and assess potential clients’ needs.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce Bit Binders’ services, and qualify leads.
- **Sales & Deal Closure**:
- Present Bit Binders' services to clients effectively, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Guide clients through the sales process, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to keep them engaged and ensure a positive experience.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and record sales activities, maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and client feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals over the phone.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
