**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Engagement**:

- Present our product categories (e.g., hand-embroidered trims, appliques, fabrics) to fashion designers, stores, and brands globally.
- Identify and convert sales leads into long-term clients.
- **Market Understanding**:

- Stay updated on current fashion trends and designer needs, ensuring the relevance of our offerings.
- Research potential clients and strategize outreach campaigns tailored to their style and market.
- **Content and Communication**:

- Create visually appealing and concise product presentations using available media.
- Communicate effectively in fluent English, tailoring messages to align with the client’s tone and preferences.
- **Follow-Up and Relationship Building**:

- Maintain consistent follow-ups with inquiries and potential leads to close deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven experience in sales or client engagement, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- **Fashion Enthusiasm**: Genuine passion for fashion, luxury, and high-end craftsmanship.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital tools for business communication.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
