Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical, pathology, and wellness products to healthcare professionals.

Explain product features, benefits, and usage to doctors and medical staff.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis:
Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team.

Identify new opportunities and market trends to enhance business growth.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on new products, medical research, and industry developments.

Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff to ensure proper product understanding and usage.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain and submit accurate records of sales calls, customer details, and orders.

Prepare and present sales performance reports to the management.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
A degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field (B.Sc, B.Pharma preferred).

**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales (preferred).

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

A valid driving license and personal mode of transportation.
