Deliverable KPI’s
- Ensure vendor wise on-time delivery of protos, FLA and CS samples.
- Ensure vendor wise on-time delivery pre-production activities to Bulk Execution Team
- Ensure vendor wise shipments are delivered with proper mix of SKU
- Delivery of vendor wise accurate costing from protos (Initial at Line Arch and Final at Line Freeze) till in-season costings.
- Deliver Vendor wise Quality targets i.e. Final Audit, CSC Acceptance Freeze) till in-season costings.
- Execute sourcing strategies to support specific product delivery attributes (Core Replenishment, Trend Core, or Seasonal Commit)

Job description:

- Informs lead on any potential gaps in the sourcing strategy to Vendor capability/Capacity based on seasonal requirements.
- Explore the opportunities for reducing lead-times and discuss with lead.
- Manages product lead times with source base and related capacity planning trigger activities to achieve delivery requirements (also partners with FE/Planning).
- Influences Vendors to build capabilities that support a rationalized and optimized sourcing strategy for the brand.
- Ensure there is a concurrent flow of information between development and execution at key touch points to improve overall product delivery.
- Anticipates on potential issues that may rise either in GTM or quality of raw materials, manufacturing, finishing, and logistics. Conducts risk assessment product delivery and creates appropriate back up plans as needed.
- Follow up on the status at any point in GTM calendar of protos, FLA, CS samples, and production.
- Appropriately highlights product engineering and risks to PD or to decision makers with some suggested alternatives.
- Detail and validate vendor wise product costings break ups and proactively communicates results or difficulties to achieve targets.
- Review vendor wise monthly performance report on delivery, serviceability and as well defect %. Follow up with CAP for continuous improvements to meet Key Objective ie “Ontime In Full”.
- Follow up with vendor on test failures, resubmissions in engagement with Fabric/Finish team.
- Follow up on the Freeze production capacities based on Supply Planning need for at least 6 months ahead.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to solve any issues in timely manner and work together across common goal.
