Key Individual Accountabilities.

reparation of Accounting books which includes vouchers supervising /passing/Authorizing day to day entries like cash, bank journals, sale & purchase, Debit note, Credit note etc. in Software.

Name of Software-Tally/Busy/ QuickBooks -Online

Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement on daily basis.

Responsible for verify staff advance, vender bills payments & Utility bills payments on time.

Preparation of Salary sheet & distribution.

TDS deduction, booking in tally and making monthly TDS summary report for TDS depositing on time.

GST Filing and Making Monthly payment.

Balance sheet, GST Filling, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Accounting etc.

Stock management for Purchase New Inventory, Track Inventory, Report on inventory activities and variances.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
