Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Client Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with bookshops, wholesalers, schools, and libraries.
- **Promotions & Marketing**:Promote and sell books (print and digital) to buyers and institutions, increasing brand awareness.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**:Possess deep knowledge of current literary trends, new releases, and popular titles to make informed recommendations and presentations.
- **Sales & Reporting**:Meet individual and team sales targets by preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- **Events & Networking**:Attend industry trade shows, events, and promotional activities to network and build customer engagement.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with sales, marketing, and publishing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- **Education**:A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often required, though strong sales experience can be an alternative.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in sales, publishing, or a related industry is a significant plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Deep passion for books and literature is highly valued.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
