**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training and Instruction**:

- Develop and conduct interactive STEAM and robotics training sessions for students.
- Design lesson plans, activities, and projects that align with educational standards.
- Utilize modern educational tools, software, and robotics kits (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Create engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for various skill levels.
- Incorporate coding, electronics, and mechanical design into STEAM learning modules.
- Ensure that the curriculum stays updated with emerging technology trends.
- **Student Engagement and Mentorship**:

- Encourage creativity and innovation through project-based learning.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students in developing robotics and STEAM projects.
- Prepare students for competitions, exhibitions, and hackathons.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor student progress through assessments and performance evaluations.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on learning outcomes.
- Adjust training methods based on student needs and learning styles.
- **Workshops and Events**:

- Organize and lead robotics and STEAM-related workshops, camps, and competitions.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and organizations to promote STEAM education.
- Participate in community outreach programs to inspire interest in technology and engineering.
- **Collaboration and Research**:

- Work with educators, schools, and industry professionals to enhance STEAM programs.
- Research and implement new teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Maintain and upgrade robotics kits, tools, and software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
