**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate **Robotics and IoT Trainer** to train school students (Grades 5-12) in robotics, coding, and IoT-based projects. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging hands-on sessions, guiding students in building innovative projects, and fostering an interest in STEM education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **interactive robotics and IoT training sessions** for school students.
- Guide students in working with **Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, and other microcontrollers**.
- Develop and implement **lesson plans, projects, and practical assignments**.
- Encourage **problem-solving, creativity, and innovation** through hands-on activities.
- Organize **competitions, hackathons, and project showcases** for students.
- Maintain **robotics kits, IoT components, and lab equipment**.
- Provide **one-on-one mentoring** to students for projects and competitions.
- Stay updated with **emerging technologies in robotics and IoT**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field**.
- Strong knowledge of **robotics kits (LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, etc.)**.
- Experience in **IoT, sensors, actuators, and wireless communication (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MQTT, etc.)**.
- Proficiency in **block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly) and text-based programming (Python, C++)**.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for young learners.
- Passion for **STEM education and experiential learning**.

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**:

- Prior experience in **teaching, mentoring, or conducting STEM workshops**.
- Certifications in **Robotics, IoT, or STEM education**.
- Experience with **3D printing and CAD software**.
- Familiarity with **AI, ML, and automation concepts**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
