**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and technically skilled **STEAM & Robotics Teacher** to engage students in hands-on learning, fostering an interest in **Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM)** through interactive, real-world projects. This role involves teaching students in both theoretical and practical robotics, programming, and engineering concepts, preparing them for future careers in technology and engineering fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**STEAM Curriculum Delivery**
- Facilitate project-based learning activities that encourage creative thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork among students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.

**Robotics & Coding Instruction**
- Teach **robotics**, **programming**, and **engineering principles** to students of various age groups.
- Introduce students to platforms such as **LEGO Mindstorms**, **VEX Robotics**, **Arduino**, **Raspberry Pi**, and **Python** for robotics and coding projects.
- Guide students through building, programming, and troubleshooting robots and engineering models, helping them develop practical skills and critical thinking.

**Hands-on Learning and Projects**
- Provide students with opportunities for hands-on experimentation, enabling them to build, program, and refine robots or other engineering projects.
- Organize and mentor students in **robotics competitions**, **science fairs**, and **STEAM workshops**.

**Classroom Management & Student Support**
- Create a positive and safe classroom environment where students are encouraged to innovate, collaborate, and share ideas.
- Offer one-on-one support to students struggling with technical challenges or understanding STEAM concepts.
- Evaluate students’ progress through tests, projects, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.

**Professional Development & Community Engagement**
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the STEAM and robotics fields, integrating new tools, technologies, and teaching methods.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to promote interdisciplinary learning and STEAM-based initiatives in the school community.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
