**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly skilled **Subject Matter Expert (SME) in STEAM with a specialization in Robotics** to join our growing team of educators, engineers, and instructional designers. The SME will play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and delivering educational content that promotes 21st-century skills through robotics within a STEAM framework (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics).

**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development & Content Design**
- Design and develop robotics-centric educational content, lesson plans, learning modules, and assessments that integrate STEAM disciplines.
- Create progressive, age-appropriate robotics pathways for learners ranging from elementary to high school, and optionally post-secondary or vocational training.
- Ensure that content aligns with educational standards such as NGSS, ISTE, CSTA, and regional/state curriculum guidelines.
- Integrate coding languages (e.g., Python, C++, block-based coding) and hardware platforms (e.g., VEX, LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) into cross-disciplinary learning units.

**Training & Professional Development**
- Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and certification programs for educators, trainers, and school leaders.
- Provide ongoing technical support and pedagogical coaching to instructors implementing robotics in their classrooms.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for educators participating in robotics competitions, hackathons, and innovation fairs.

**Strategic Planning & Consultation**
- Provide expert input in the design and implementation of long-term STEAM initiatives within schools, districts, or organizations.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to tailor robotics programs to specific community or institutional needs.
- Evaluate and recommend technology tools, platforms, and robotics kits that best suit different educational levels and learning objectives.

**Innovation & Research**
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, and STEAM education.
- Contribute to white papers, research studies, and thought leadership initiatives related to robotics and emerging technologies in education.
- Pilot and evaluate new robotics solutions and provide data-driven recommendations for scale or redesign.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
