**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- **Market Coverage**:

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily to promote products.
- Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints promptly.
- **Merchandising**:

- Ensure proper placement, visibility, and stock availability of products at retail outlets.
- Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches effectively.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Collect feedback on products, pricing, and promotions from customers and share with the management team.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and market feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Chennai market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Compensation Package:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
