Sky Public School is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Student Counselor to join our team. As a Student Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding students towards success in their academic pursuits and personal well-being. This position is available as both part-time and full-time, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide individual counseling to students, offering guidance and support for academic, personal, and career-related matters.

Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop appropriate counseling plans.

Foster a safe and inclusive environment for students to express their concerns and emotions.

Collaborate with faculty, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, and career exploration.

Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Stay up-to-date with relevant research, trends, and best practices in student counseling.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Previous experience working with students in an academic or counseling setting is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Empathy, patience, and the ability to actively listen and provide non-judgmental support.

Knowledge of various counseling techniques and theories.

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in counseling.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,572.24 per month
