Job Description: Admission Counselor cum Front Office Executive

Position: Admission Counselor cum Front Office Executive

Location: Shashtripuram, Agra

Company: Allenhouse Public School, Agra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Office Duties**:Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer incoming calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure a neat and organized appearance.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure the security of the front office area.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals and help them choose the most suitable program.
Assist students in completing admission forms and documentation.
Follow up with potential students and provide support throughout the admission process.

**Customer Service**:Handle inquiries and resolve concerns from students and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

**Administrative Tasks**:Assist in maintaining student records and admission-related documents.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain and update the database of prospective students and their status.

**Reporting**:Prepare and submit regular reports on admission and front office activities to the Principal/ Management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in an educational institution, is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
- Knowledge of admission processes and educational programs is a plus.
- Pleasant and professional appearance and demeanor.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
