**Pantry Maintenance**:
Ensure the pantry area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Regularly check and replenish pantry supplies such as snacks, beverages, and disposables.

Monitor and manage the inventory of pantry items, and submit requisitions for restocking when needed.

**Cleaning and Hygiene**:
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces daily.

Dispose of waste and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.

Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines, microwaves, and other pantry appliances.

**Office Supplies**:
To Prepare tea, coffee etc. and offering to office staffs and guests time to time.

Arranging meals for the Top Management.

Assist in managing and replenishing basic office supplies such as stationery, printer paper, and toiletries.

Keep track of inventory levels and notify the office manager when supplies need to be reordered.

**Assistance in Administrative Tasks**:
Provide support in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and ensuring proper supplies are available for meetings.

Assist in mail distribution and courier services.

Support the office manager with various administrative tasks as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with the office administrator and other relevant staff.

Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a seamless office environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Madhyamik or Higher Secondary
- Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- **Must know 2 wheeler driving**

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Pantry: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
