**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Serve refreshments to employees and visitors as needed.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging required equipment or supplies.
- Handle errands such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks as directed by the administrative team.
- Support employees with ad-hoc requests, such as document delivery or external pickups.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an office support role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers).
- Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and able to handle basic manual tasks (e.g., lifting items, standing for extended periods).

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
