**Location**: Kolkata

**Salary**: Up to ₹9,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Clean and dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures regularly.
- **Tea/Coffee and Refreshments**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Keep the pantry organized and replenished.
- **Computer Hardware Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining office computers and hardware under the guidance of the IT team.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of hardware-related issues.
- **Support for Events and Activities**:

- Help in organizing and setting up company events, meetings, or activities.
- Assist with arrangements such as seating, decorations, and equipment setup.
- **File and Document Handling**:

- Deliver files and documents within the office.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork as needed.
- **Errand Running**:

- Perform external errands, including banking, courier dispatch, and other office-related tasks.
- **Support Staff**:

- Provide assistance to office staff as needed, including during high-priority tasks or activities.

**Work Schedule**:

- Office Hours**:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, Monday to Saturday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
