Office Assistant

**General Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting office spaces, furniture, and equipment.
- **Support Staff Assistance**:
- Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to staff and visitors.
- Assist in organizing meeting rooms and setting up refreshments as required.
- Run errands such as delivering documents or packages within or outside the office.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory and restocking when necessary.
- Assist in photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services.
- **Visitor Assistance**:
- Welcome and guide visitors to the appropriate office or meeting room.
- Ensure a professional and hospitable environment for clients and guests.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:
- Handle small repairs or report maintenance issues promptly.
- Support staff with tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure office security by locking doors and windows after work hours.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Courteous and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers).
- Physical stamina to carry out cleaning and lifting tasks.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Minimum High School Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
**Work Experience**:
- Previous experience as an office boy or similar role is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
