**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise CNC operators, machinists, and shop floor staff.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily machining operations to meet production goals.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturability.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work orders.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and consumables.
- Train and mentor shop personnel to enhance skills and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) managing CNC and/or manual machine shop operations.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines (mills, lathes, multi-axis, etc.), tooling, and G-code programming.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Understanding of materials, machining processes, and quality control methods.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred.
