**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
- Load raw materials into CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Document and report any issues or deviations from specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of CNC machinery and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior machinists.
- Basic knowledge of precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience or coursework in CNC machining.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
