**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Setup & Operation**: Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, lathe, grinding, or laser cutting machines) as per job specifications.
- **Program Adjustment**: Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and speeds/feeds to achieve precise tolerances.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep machines in optimal condition.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues with the machining process to minimize downtime.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest process enhancements to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and quality checks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **CNC Operator/Setter** in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in **CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Heidenhain, etc.)** is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)**.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
