**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gym Receptionist. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, phone calls, and membership sign-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information about gym services, classes, and facilities.
- Process payments, handle membership renewals, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Monitor access to the gym and ensure all visitors comply with safety and security protocols.
- Handle and resolve member concerns or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for handling membership databases and transactions.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge or interest in fitness and wellness.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
