- Welcoming and greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Addressing inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing a visitor log and issuing visitor passes when necessary.
- **Communication Management**:

- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing communication between departments and external parties.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintaining the reception area to ensure a professional and tidy appearance.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinating office supplies and ensuring they are adequately stocked.
- Handling courier and mail services.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintaining accurate records of visitors, calls, and appointments.
- Updating employee directories and internal databases.
- **Customer Support**:

- Addressing basic customer complaints or escalating them to the appropriate department.
- Providing information about the organization’s products or services.
- **Technical Tasks**:

- Operating office equipment like fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
- Using software like Microsoft Office or CRM tools to maintain records and schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
