Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Back Office Executive to support our trading and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trade reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within regulatory guidelines. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations for equity, derivatives, and options.
- Perform trade reconciliation and ensure accuracy of client transactions.
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for internal teams and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with front-office, compliance, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve client queries related to account statements, transactions, and settlements.
- Ensure timely MIS and data entry activities with accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in back-office operations (preferably in broking/financial services).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with trading/settlement software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of SEBI compliance guidelines is an advantage.
